I am a poet and occasionally an essayist. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it.  I am keen on writing poetry, and occasionally falling up stairs. I prefer the former, but the latter makes me look tougher.  I have a B.Phil.  in English/Creative Writing from Northwestern University (School of Continuing Studies). I have a tumor in my brain, discovered in 2011, called a glioblastoma.  My writings after are different from my writings before.   I worked at Northwestern for 25 years (until 2011), as the administrative coordinator for the Department of Performance Studies.  I live in Evanston, Illinois, noted for its fine cafés and poetry.

You say you want a revolution
